Terms of Service, Rules, and Policies.

1. Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Deduck website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1.1 Account Registration

To access our services, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Note: Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use our services compliant with COPPA and GDPR.

1.2 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Deduck is a free service provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

We provide free resources to the community. To keep this sustainable, we strictly enforce the following rules. Violation will result in immediate termination.

Strictly Prohibited

  • • Crypto Mining / Blockchain scripts
  • • DDoS / DoS attacks or stressors
  • • Port scanning or network probing
  • • Hosting malware or phishing sites
  • • Torrents / P2P file sharing

Resource Limits

  • • Max 100% CPU Usage for 15 minutes
  • • Fair usage of disk I/O operations
  • • Servers with no players for 24h sleep
  • • Servers inactive for 30 days are archived

2.1 Mojang EULA

You agree to fully comply with Mojang's End User License Agreement. We do not support "cracked" (offline-mode) servers that facilitate piracy.

3. Code of Conduct

We are a community-driven platform. We expect all users to treat each other and our staff with respect.

  • Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech: Content promoting violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation is forbidden.
  • Do Not Harass Staff: Our support team works hard to help you for free. Abusing support staff via tickets or Discord will result in a ban.
  • NSFW Content: Hosting pornography or sexually explicit content is not allowed.

4. Payments & Jurisdiction

4.1 Refund Policy

Since our base service is free, this applies only to optional premium upgrades ("Deduck+").

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first payment. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Chargebacks without prior contact will result in immediate account termination.

4.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
